"Tenute Cristiano - BIO is a fresh organic extra virgin olive oil with an ultra-low acidity and very high in polyphenols (strong antioxidants). Purest expression of undisturbed nature, Bio returns to the palate the hidden gifts of our land. This fresh and fragrant olive oil is produced at the end of September with organic Carolea olives harvested in the Mendicino olive grove, a hilly terrain with a unique microclimate, part of the Tenute Cristiano estate. The Cristiano family, now in its third generation, is committed to sustainable farming and continues to invest in quality and innovation, producing an award winning extra virgin olive oil.


Tasting notes
The organic extra virgin olive oil has a distinctive aroma of olives picked still green, freshly mowed grass, fresh fruit, fennel and tomato. Balanced in the mouth, its pungent sensations of black pepper are complemented by bitter and persistent notes of chicory and almond.
