Terra Linda is a very elegant and intense wine with notes of mature red fruits, spicy and complex aromas. Silky and round on the palate, with a great balance.

In the nose, this Garnacha is very expressive, with aromas of red and black fruits. The notes of spices and vanilla show a well integrated oak. The wine has a nice concentration of fruits, it's rich and round with a long finish.
History
The winery was founded in the sixties by local growers, and today they are around 300 who deliver grapes of their property. In the last years they have improved
the technology in the winery (stainless steel tanks with temperature control, pneumatic press¿)

The vineyard is located in the center of Spain, at about 800 meters and has a Continental Mediterranean climate.

Vinification Details
The grapes are harvested when grapes maturity controls indicate the ideal moment. The grapes are destemmed, crushed, fermented at a controlled temperature (between 25-30°C). During the alcoholic fermentation, the objective is to maximise the aromas of the future wine and to obtain a good structure with no agressive tannins. Malolactic fermentation follows these stages. The wine is then racked and aged in vats. The wine is aged with oak.

DEVINE!

So rich and chocolate-y and vanilla-ry! This was gorgeous! Everyone loved it! Its a bit pricey when not on offer but if youre looking for a rich wine thatll knock your socks off, this is it!

a challenging wine

I have to say for my taste I find the wine unpleasantly sweet and heavy with vanilla and chocolate notes. Combined with a lack of tannins to give it any edge but presumably to deliver something sweet and smooth I find the whole thing unappealing as a wine. But then those heavy chocolate notes would work wonders in game dishes, a venison braise,hare, rabbit. Maybe hope after all. Seriously. Im going to try.

Well Balanced

I wasn't expecting a huge amount from a discounted Spanish red, but this is great everyday drinking, with a nice balance of succulence and pepper.

A little fruiter than I normally like but I was impressed with the taste, has plenty of depth and doesn't taste cheap, will be buying again

Delicious!

Full bodied, bursting with dark fruit flavours, this is a really lovely wine. We took a photo of the bottle so we didn't forget to buy this wine again!
