Seal quickly in a wok or frying pan with two tablespoons of oil.
Pour over sauce, reduce heat and simmer until tender. Garnish with fresh Coriander leaves, if desired.
Serve with Rice or Naan Bread.

Add cooked and peeled prawns to sauce and heat thoroughly.

Dreadful
Sour & horrible. Perhaps it’s the batch, I don’t know,

I literally just poured this onto chicken breasts and onions then popped them in the oven. The sauce tasted fresh and quite tangy. Definitely buying again. Delicious.
Not for me
First time trying and the lemongrass was so overpowering. Appreciate could just be my taste bud, will try the other flavours next

Had this with chicken and potatoes, and roti (paratha) and it reminded me of home, Malaysia!

Added chicken, potatoes and peas to this and it came out really well. You can really taste the lemongrass. Will buy again!

Added to par boiled mixed vegetables this made an excellent vegetable curry. Will buy again and try with chicken or prawn. Delicious sauce.
