Overcooked
The pack I received were very dark, overcooked, dry, and bitter tasting. I sliced them up and cooked in a pasta sauce so as not to waste them. Hopefully, it's a duff batch, but I won't buy again.
NICE BUT
Nice size, taste and quantity. What I disliked was there were unpleasant hard burnt bits scattered over the sausages which I had to pick off. The best description is the kind of residue you get when youve cooked breadcrumbed food in oil.

These are mouthwateringly fabulous. I thought they would last a while because of the good use by date, but they didn't last 5 minutes! Lovely flavour and no gristle at all. Very moreish, but only 80Kcals a sausage so great to keep in the fridge for a snack.
