Temple of Seitan are the masters of this wheat protein, serving their world-famous seitan in their restaurants. Tofu is a key ingredient, making it lighter and juicier without sacrificing its meaty texture.
This recipe has been made to their exacting standards, mixing Smoked Tofoo with high protein seitan for a perfect pepperoni taste. Slice yours on a pizza or chop it up and chuck it in a carbonara.

Instructions

Cooking Instructions - General. Chop, cook, enjoy. Remove packaging and try it sliced or diced!

All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure Seitan is piping hot before serving:

Grill - From Chilled. 180°C, 8 mins
Preheat grill. Toss in 1tsp oil and grill on a tray over a single layer, turning halfway through.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium heat 5 mins
Heat 1tbsp of oil in a pan and fry, turning halfway through.
