History
Torri Cantine was originally a cooperative established in 1966 but has since become a small private estate with around 25 hectares of mature vines. The vineyards are fully converted to organic wine production, with sites dotted through the foothills below the Gran Sasso mountain.
Regional Information
The region enjoys mild temperatures during winter and a large diurnal range during the summer. The vineyards are dry and ventilated at 290m above sea level.

Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at carefully controlled temperatures of max. 16C.

Wow.

A plummy-fruity dry white, hefty enough to drink with roast chicken, fine enough to drink on its own.
