Yuck, tastes like medicine and sweetener. Get the white chocolate one instead - thats actually nice.

Great for an emergency

I keep one or two in the fridge for when I dont have time to make a homemade protein shake or smoothie. Light and refreshing and good taste that isnt fake tasting.

Refreshing

I have trouble sourcing lactose free protein drinks. This is light refreshing and easy on my stomach my new go-to after a gym session and its not chocolate . . . hurrah !

Tasted watery and like medicine

The packaging is good - it makes you think this might taste vaguely like strawberries and cream - and that it might be creamy at that - but it was like drinking a watered down medicine from my school years. I poured most of it down the sink. The salted caramel version is quite nice - and surprisingly creamier - I'd buy that one again but not this one.
