Preparation and Usage
To Cook
1. Remove all packaging.
2. Without separating
Place the pasta in a large pan of salted boiling water.
3. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes.
4. Remove the pasta carefully from the water using a slotted spoon to drain off excess water and serve immediately.
125g of uncooked pasta weighs approximately 160g when cooked.

Unpleasant
Tasted too processed. Had much better cacio and pepe pasta from another supermarket.
Imbalanced
Overall not bad. But it tastes like they skimped on getting decent pecorino, then overcompensated with pepper, which tipped the earthy/salty/creamy balance too far in that direction. The fact they advise serving with pesto (on cacio e pepe!) says it all: they didnt have faith in the product.
truly excellent
Yum! Probably one of the best filled pasta available in a supermarket. Buying again.
Bellissimo
I find a lot of filled pastas pretty tasteless and boring. This was the exception and was really yummy. I had it with a fresh basil pesto from the same brand and a seasoned chicken breast on top.
I wasnt blown away
Provided a few good portions for meals. 3*s as I thought the flavour was just average (especially compared to homemade) however I would buy again on sale.
Superb pasta
Really nice quality pasta, cooked perfectly and not one leaked. I served with a tomato sauce which masked the pepper flavour, but really nice pepperiness and balance of flavour on the ones that had no sauce on.
