This award winning free range Iberico pork is from South West Spain. This ancient breed roams freely and forages for food. Iberico is widely revered as one of the best meats in the world due to its rich delicious flavour.
Ibérico Lomo
Roaming freely in the dehesas, sparsely wooded pasturelands of quercus trees that can only be found in the south-west of Spain, this ancient grazing breed is perfectly adapted to this environment. Ibérico pigs are able to store large amounts of fat which makes the meat especially succulent and tender. The constant exercise and natural source of feed also mean that the meat is delicious! We work very closely with our farmers to ensure the highest welfare standards are achieved. Proud to be the first Spanish farm obtaining a prestigious UK award for good farm animal welfare.

Preparation and Usage
Cook, season, then serve with all your favourite tapas for an impressive Spanish spread, or simply as an alternative to steak.
Instructions
Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Coat the meat with a little oil and pan fry on a moderate heat for 2 minutes on each side to seal. Place on a baking tray and put into a pre-heated oven on 200ºC for 9 minutes. Allow meat to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.
Always check that the product is cooked throughout until it is piping hot and no pink colour remains.

Small
Looked good quality meat and husband said it was good. Not sure I would have bought it without the 3 for £12 offer because they are very small.

180g drops to 100g after cooking
this looked really fatty before cooking but I cooked it in the airfryer and it was delicious. it dropped to 100g of pure lean meat with the fat melting away . so really enough for one portion making it a tasty trat

gorgeous
Loved these. I was lazy and didnt do the frying bit, 190 air fry for 9 mins and came out perfect. Very small though
