Ibérico Presa
Roaming freely in the dehesas, sparsely wooded pasturelands of quercus trees that can only be found in the south-west of Spain, this ancient grazing breed is perfectly adapted to this environment. Ibérico pigs are able to store large amounts of fat which makes the meat especially succulent and tender. The constant exercise and natural source of feed also mean that the meat is delicious! We work very closely with our farmers to ensure the highest welfare standards are achieved. Proud to be the first Spanish farm obtaining a prestigious UK award for good farm animal welfare.
Iberico Presa cuts are from the shoulder of the pig. A great alternative to steak!

Poor and tiny
So fatty. Only one portion really as 2 bites from each piece. Honestly not worth the money.
Inedible
Received this as a substitution for the Solomillo pork from the same brand (which is excellent). This had so much fat that I couldnt even cut it and 90 percent was inedible. Avoid!
Excellent cut for Korean BBQ
This is a great cut to buy for KBBQ, its pretty fatty and the irregular pieces dont really matter when everything gets cut up anyway! Lovely flavour and texture.
Off Cuts
The photograph on the packaging bore no resemblance to the contents. It was several thin slices of meat and odd shapes Most of the slices were cut with the grain making them very tough. The best place would have been to put in the mincer. It looked if they were offcuts left on the butcher's block.
