Hair in packet
I was disgusted to find a black curly hair in the packet. Unfortunately, I had a few of the raspberries before I found this and I certainly wouldnt have bought the product again anyway.
unappetising and not tasty at all
I love raspberries and decided to give these a try. They didnt look very appetising at all, but I gave them a try. Very seedy as youd expect but they had no taste. I wont buy these again unfortunately
Dried tea bags
Whilst I love the other fruits they do and I adore raspberries, these are very unpleasant. They taste like a stale tea bag - with a dusty, bitty texture. The raspberry flavour is all but lost amongst the dried up dregs of dust. I tried to put them in porridge to make them edible but had to admit defeat. Grim.
OK but rice flour! Such misleading packaging!
My daughter thought these were ok, she generally loves dried fruit. I was extremely disappointed to discover the rice flour coating. I cannot eat rice, it makes me ill, and to find it in a fruit package is so annoying. It was only by chance that I even noticed it because all over the package it says just fruit, no added... etc. The ingredients list is hard to find - I missed seeing it twice when looking at the information online and on the package because it doesnt have the ingredients in a list - it is another sentence like the rest of the information (which I am not interested in!) all over it. Will not get these again because of the misleading packaging and the rice flour.
Ah ha. Another dried, dehydrated fruit. Certainly does make the name 'urban' seem appropriate. As products of a similar nature go, these were fine. Didn't wow me but then I do tend to lean towards a Snickers for my 11ses and 12ses and possibly 4ses and 5ses. Texture was decent and flavour fine. I finished the packet so that says something. Right, off for a bag of star mix.
