great parmesan alternative

This vegan parmesan does a great job of giving pasta and risotto dishes the umami flavour that you get from dairy parmesan. I wouldnt recommend eating it from the block, but finely grated over a bolognaise, it adds excellent flavour for those unable to eat dairy.

Tried it and it tastes terrible

Tastes nothing like parmesan. Tates like chemicals. Would not eat/buy again.

not for me

Sadly although I totally enjoy other products in this range, this was not even tasteless - just unpleasant. You might become accustomed to it in time but frankly too ghastly for me to try. Threw it away (and even Squirrel rejected it foraging in the bin!)
