Product information

Kick-start your morning with this intense, strongly roasted, Colombian coffee. Using only 100% speciality grade ground Arabica coffee beans, which are hand roasted in small batches in Brixton, London to bring you the most delicious, great tasting coffee.

We only work directly with partners who actively promote sustainable coffee farming practices and engage in community-based improvement projects. We reward farmers who work in this ethical way by paying over double the fair-trade standard.

Roast strength - 5/5. Full-bodied flavour with tasting notes of dark chocolate, molasses and stone fruit. 1 Star Great Taste Award (2020).

My favourite

This coffee is my favourite, I now rarely order any others. If you like a strong but smooth coffee I'd definitely recommend. A little expensive, but it's a very large bag and lasts me about 6 weeks (making a filter coffee via machine every morning).

Fantastic

Really great coffee! I cant drink milk so need my coffee to be really well balanced. This has a really rich chocolate taste, no sour fruity notes and it super strong, yet really well balanced and not over roasted. I love trying out the other coffees from Volcano range too, they are all very good.

Delicious

Bit worried when I saw the price as it's almost as much as I used to pay for Blue Mountain, but I thought I'd give it a go, and I'm glad I did. A really sumptuous coffee, lovely aroma and gorgeous chocolatey undertones. Definitely my coffee of choice from now on.
