smells good at first...
This coffee tastes like cardboard. Very disappointing.
I was given this coffee free to review and tbh Im glad that I didnt pay as there was not much depth to the flavour and better elsewhere.
Horrifying amount of packaging
One packet of this coffee has 2.5 times more plastic packaging than Lavazza for a pack 50gr smaller. Plus there was additional cardboard. It's just a horrible unnecessary abuse of the environment through excess packaging. As for the quality of the coffee, who cares?
Not for me
Really disappointed with this coffee. Despite it's name it is weak and with no bite to it at all. I bought 2 packs because of the offer - really wish I hadn't!
I was not given free to review
Despite being a customer for over 10 years and spending huge amounts of money. (Not been given anything ever?) And spent £6 on this coffee, really not for me. Perhaps not meant for a coffee machine and better in a press? So I wont judge it too harshly on the ratings. The balance did not taste good (from machine.) Strong after taste with a weak initial taste. I rate illy decaf no 1 and cafe direct decaf no 2 both go well in the proper coffee machine
I was given this free to review by Ocado. My husband drinks the coffee and he couldn't tell that it was decaf. However the price is quite steep so I would only buy again if it was on offer.
