A great GF bread

Fabulous GF bread. A soft loaf which cuts like proper bread and does not crumble like some GF loaves that I've tried. The tiger bread flavour adds to the enjoyment. It works for sandwiches, toast and also for toasted sandwiches in a sandwich press.

Best tiger!

I love this tiger bread and I never even liked white bread before!!! I have even got my carer converted to it. Its soft but with tasty crust (soft, so not if you want crusty!!) A tight, though soft, crumb. Not overly salted, but just right for my taste. I find it slices really well with a sharp knife. Boy, has gf bread improved,!?!

I'm new to gluten free

very bread like consistency, cuts well , soft and tasty just a strange texture tried with just butter to get the flavour good crust will get used to it as I made my own bread before becoming coeliac.

Best so far

Brilliant to have a GF loaf that holds together when sliced, makes good sandwiches and toast, and freezes and defrosts very well. It also doesn't have as odd a texture and taste as some GF bread does, and I've tried them all.
