This is one exotic square of chocolate. The beautiful single estate Baracoa beans with their gentle honey notes, dance with the ginger and lime to an irrepressible Cuban beat. It is crafted in small batches from ‘bean to bar' in my chocolate factory in Devon.

seriously divine

Theres a few ginger / lime chocs, this is by far the best one and doesnt last long. Got a great crunch and its punchy. Quite pricey through hence the 4 stars.

Really delicious and no nasties

This chocolate is really delicious. There is a pleasant hint of ginger and lime which stays with you. The chocolate is fruity but not too sweet, has a nice texture and just enough bitterness to bring everything together without being over powering. Well done and thank you Willies for making a new to treat.

Disappointed

I found this chocolate lacked flavour. I couldn't taste the ginger or lime. I expected more from this innovative producer

Absolutely adore this chocolate, I have been hunting for the perfect dark chocolate bar and this is it. I will be reordering it!

Subtle and sublime

My new favourite chocolate. 4 small squares do the job of satisfying my chocolate hit. Mostly of course I’m eating it for all the health benefits of high quality... it being delicious is merely a happy side effect! That’s my story anyway and I’m sticking to it! My best advice would be: don’t share!
