Fabulous makes the best tofu scramble

Kala Namak is supposed to smell odd! This makes the best tofu scrambleslightly addicted. A little goes a long way so whilst expensive it lasts ages!

Try searching what Kala Namak\/Black Salt is for

And then leave a review. 😆 Bless all your hearts. I use 1/8 teaspoon of this in a mix of blitzed silken tofu and crumbled firm, some tumeric for colouring, vegan butter, 3 spring onions, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, and THIS IS NOT bacon for a great balcony scramble.

Wonderful Salt

I can imagine it is a love it or hate it thing but I love it. Great in soups or with anything.
