didn't last long
bought this for my young dog - after playing tug for a couple of days on and off the rope snapped and then my dog got his jaw stuck within the remaining hole in the ball. This toy is not suitable for playful dogs/chewers

This is like a heavy tennis ball on a plastic sheath and a small loop of rope sticking out one end. The dog thinks it is AMAZING. On day 1 he pulled a few threads out but has not made major inroads on the ball. He has been gnawing the plastic a lot without doing any damage. Guessing the inside is scented with something appealing. Excellent Xmas Day distraction!

My dog loves to play tug and is a chewer. She chewed through the rope very quickly but we still play with it tying it in a knot around the ball. Not ideal but ok. Probably better if you know your dog doesnt chew a lot!
