Ingredients
- 100g chorizo crumb
- 100g Brussels sprouts, finely sliced
- 2 (130g) packs Saint Augur Blue Whipped Cheese
- 1 generous drizzle hot honey
Method
Step 1
Fry the chorizo crumb in a dry frying pan over medium-high heat for 3 mins or until crisp; remove to a plate lined with kitchen towel.Step 2
Add the sprouts to the pan and fry in the chorizo oil for a few mins until charred. Remove from the heat.Step 3
Spoon the whipped cheese into a deep-ish dip bowl, top with the sprouts and crispy chorizo, then drizzle all over with hot honey. Serve with your choice of accompaniments for scooping.
