
Brie, Spinach & Pear Wrap with Rubies Pear, Fig & Port Chutney

Ingredients
- 2 good handfuls of spinach
- 1 small handful of cranberries, optional
- 200 g of brie, or your preference of blue cheese, sliced.
- 1 small handful of pistachios, optional
- 4 tbsp of rubies in the rubble pear, fig and port chutney
- 4 tortilla wraps
Method
Step 1
Place the tortilla on a microwave safe plate. Add the brie pieces side by side to cover a wide strip down the middle of the tortilla. Microwave on high for 10-20 seconds, or until brie is slightly melted.Step 2
Add the spinach and sprinkle of pistachios and cranberries.Step 3
Finish off with a generous dollop of Rubies Pear Fig & Port Chutney.Step 4
Roll the wraps tightly and enjoy.
