Double Tomato Pizza with Burrata Cheese, Anchovies, Basil, Olive Oil and Chilli

A classic Italian pizza, but with an addition of fresh ingredients that will give it a special touch. Add burrata cheese, Delicius Anchovies and basil olive oil and experience just how special a pizza can become.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, plus a drizzle on top and for the basil dressing
  • 90 g of delicius anchovy fillets rolled in olive oil
  • 220 g of pizza dough
  • 200 g of tomato sauce
  • 1 handful of tomatoes
  • 200 g of burrata cheese
  • 15 leaves of basil
  • 1 chilli pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Lay down the pre-made pizza dough on a round baking tray which you will have previously oiled with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Step 2

    Cover the top lightly with the tomato sauce and a bit of salt and extra virgin olive oil. Put in the pre-heated oven at 240 degrees for about 8-14 minutes.
  • Step 3

    In the meantime prepare the topping: Thinly chop the basil leaves, add a bit of chili to them and add olive oil, creating a fluid dressing.
  • Step 4

    Towards the end of the cooking time, add to the pizza the chopped tomatoes, the burrata cheese in small pieces, the anchovy fillets and the basil olive oil dressing
  • Step 5

    Complete the cooking and serve hot.
