Ingredients
- ½ preserved lemon, finely chopped, plus 1 tbsp brine from the jar
- 200g labneh
- 1 heaped tbsp fresh pesto
- 15g dill sprigs
- 1 good pinch Aleppo pepper
Method
Step 1
Stir the preserved lemon brine into the labneh and season to taste.Step 2
Spoon into a shallow bowl and swirl through the pesto, then scatter over the chopped preserved lemon and dill sprigs.Step 3
Finish with a pinch of Aleppo pepper and serve.
