Ingredients
- 50ml white rum
- 1 lime, juiced
- 100g frozen mango
- 50ml coconut milk
- 2 tsp light agave nectar
- 1 handful mint leaves (optional)
- 1 mango wedge, to garnish
- 1 mint sprig , to garnish
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Method
Step 1
Put the rum, lime juice, frozen mango, coconut milk, agave nectar, mint leaves (if using) and a few ice cubes into a blender; blitz until smooth.Step 2
Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a fresh mango wedge and a mint sprig, plus a pinch of cayenne pepper, if liked.
