Ingredients
- 300ml double cream
- 30ml M&S Blood Orange Negroni
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 6 mince pies, warmed
- 1 orange, zested, plus a few thinly pared strips, to garnish
Method
Step 1
Gently whip the double cream to soft peaks using an electric whisk. Fold in the negroni, icing sugar and the orange zest.Step 2
Serve each mince pie with a good dollop of the cream, garnished with the pared strips of orange zest. Dive in!
