This super versatile nduja butter will become a fridge staple after the first taste. Made in moments and keeps in the fridge for up to a week this spicy butter is the flavour bomb your midweek meals have been waiting for. A spicy Calabrian spreadable salami paste made from minced pork, nduja is a cook's kitchen secret. Add a spoonful to pan-fried fish fillets, stuff a chicken breast or melt over a perfectly cooked pork chop. It is even delicious simply spread on toast, stirred though pasta or steamed veg.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of nduja
- 125 g of unsalted butter, softened
Method
Step 1
Beat the softened butter in a bowl until smooth.Step 2
Stir through the nduja paste until well combined.Step 3
Use straight away or transfer to an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.
