A sophisticated cocktail bursting with Christmas cheer to keep you warm in winter. Pear juice, lemon and prosecco is combined in perfect proportion and served in a cinnamon-sugar rimmed glass to add a sense of occasion. Use your favourite fizz in this recipe, such as champagne or English sparkling wine.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 25 ml of pear juice
  • 10 ml of lemon juice
  • 2 splashes of prosecco, to top
  • 0.25 lemon, wedge, to garnish

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine the cinnamon and sugar together. Rub the lemon wedge around the rim of a champagne flute, then dip the rim into the cinnamon sugar.
  • Step 2

    Pour the juices into the flute then top with the prosecco to finish.
