Persimmon Frozen Custards

Persimmon Frozen Custards

By OcadoLife
Published on 24 November 2025
Cook and author Dominic Franks created this simplest of puds, which uses only 3 ingredients and involves next to no prep. “In these Persimmon Frozen Custards, the whole fruit is frozen, then allowed to defrost until the flesh becomes a wonderful jammy, sorbet-like treat.” Allow 5 hours for freezing and defrosting.
