Ingredients
- 1 heaped tsp salted butter
- 0.5 (25g) bunch sage, leaves picked
- 1 (250g) pack butternut squash and herb ravioli
- 2 amaretti biscuits, crushed
- 2 pinches chilli flakes
Method
Step 1
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the sage leaves and fry until crisp.Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the ravioli as per pack instructions; drain and divide between 2 plates.Step 3
Spoon over the butter and crispy sage. Sprinkle with the crushed amaretti and chilli flakes to serve.
