Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp chopped chilli
- 500g turkey thigh mince
- 400g green beans, halved widthways
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp nam pla fish sauce
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 25g thai basil leaves
- 1 (250g) pack microwave wholegrain rice
Method
Step 1
Heat the sesame oil in a wok over a medium-high heat. Add the garlic and chilli and stir-fry for 1 min.Step 2
Add the turkey thigh mince and cook for 2 mins or until browned. Add the beans to the wok and stir-fry for 2 mins.Step 3
Add the soy, fish sauce and honey; cook for 1 min more, then take off the heat. Stir in the thai basil leaves.Step 4
Meanwhile, cook the microwave wholegrain rice to pack instructions and serve alongside the mince.
