Ingredients

  • 150 g of tenderstem broccoli
  • 1 yellow pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 100 g of feta,crumbled
  • 150 g of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 260 g of green pesto

Method

  • Step 1

    Boil the rigatoni for 10 mins, adding the broccoli for the final 2 mins, then drain.
  • Step 2

    Put the pepper, tomatoes and pesto in the hot pan and stir to warm through.
  • Step 3

    Stir in the pasta, broccoli and feta, then serve.
