These have become my go to when I feel a cold coming on. As someone with a low immune system I really feel it when I get ill and these have been a life saver. I notice a big difference in my symptoms and recovery time when using them

worked every time

I bought thinking they were to take daily but they are to take another first sign if a cold etc. 3 times I've used them as such and I've managed to fight my colds off and it hasn't developed. So a coincidence or they work!! let's just say I'm about to buy some more!
