honey has strong flavours of liquorice, persistent on the palate,
particularly sweet and never too intrusive.
This honey has a dark amber colour and is fine and compact which
results in a malt and caramelized taste with notes of earth and
glutamate.
The production area for this honey are the regions of Calabria and
Lazio.

After buying steens manuka for several years the standard supermarket honey selection can be really disappointing. Ive been searching for other good quality honeys and Im glad I purchased this, has a really pleasant and rich flavour. Lovely in tea or porridge
Different to other honeys I've tried, nice consistency not too runny nor too set. The eucalyptus is great for my breathing, i initially started using manuka for it, however i have found this honey t be equally if not more effective.
I've tried several of ADI's honeys, and this is just something else – amber perfection. It's nutty and floral at the same time, and the consistency is heavenly. It is, however, admittedly quite pricey.
