Product information
High up in the hills just north of Aix-en-Provence, away from the heat of the coast, you’ll find a set of ancient stone gates. Beyond them lies the Maison Saint Aix estate. Here, we dedicate ourselves to capturing the essence of this iconic terroir in a single premium rosé. Made for those who know how to appreciate wine. And for those who know how to appreciate life. AIX is a well-balanced premium Provence rosé with a typical hypnotising salmon pink colour. The nose is fresh and fragrant, delicate yet youthful with sophisticated notes of fresh red fruits, peach and subtle flower hints. It offers roundness on the palate and a beautiful aromatic depth, before finding freshness and some minerality in its long and precise finish. Made with love, passion and pride, AIX Rosé is elegant, generous and delicious - with the power to make any moment of the day feel effortless.

Regional Information
The birthplace of rosé, for a reason. With mineral rich soils, 300 days of sun a year and the cooling Mistral winds, the Provence offers the ideal growing conditions for Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes, the classic blend used to make AIX Rosé. Maison Saint Aix is one of the largest domaines in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. At 420m above sea level, it's also one of the highest. And thanks to that elevation, we enjoy cooler nights and a greater Mistral effect, drying the vines on dewy mornings - making the fruit even better.

Very acidic!
We didn't enjoy this wine. I am a great lover of Provence Rosé, but this one is way too acidic. There are much Provence wines at this price. Like Ultimate Provence for example, which is delicious.

What a find
Can't believe I found this on here! It knocks the socks off most other Provence Roses IMHO anyway. A must try if you like the style. My new number 1.
