Perfect savoury snack

I was wary of these because I tend to loathe vegan "cheese", but the light powdering mixed with semolina really worked with the crisp, saline seaweed, in terms of both flavour and texture. They won't fill you up, but they're a lovely light savoury treat. I've added them to my shop this week too.

Gluten free?

I bought these because the bag clearly says that they are gluten free but the ones I received have a slightly different bag which does not highlight that they are gluten free - they do contain yeast extract !!
