great flour
This flour gives a lovely texture to cakes, muffins and similar products. However its a strong flavour and expensive. You dont want to use this as a base ingredient. I use a small amount, maybe ten percent of the total flour or a little less. This gives very good results. Im eating homemade waffles made with this right now. Loses a star for high cost.
used for bread
tasted terrible
amazing
Used this for some GF cakes and they turned out amazing! I cant believe how easy it is to use and healthy. Only gave 4 stars as its not really affordable on a weekly basis
Easy to use
Makes a high protein porridge but quite an earthy taste.
Depends on use
I found this a good basic flour, but expensive and so if you really need the gluten free/ superood boost Id recommend, but in reality I think its a lot to pay for basic flour.
healthy cakes!
Using this makes me feel good about baking cakes! Its also a good way of getting protein into your kids!
