I Love Them
Add some nuts and fruit and they make the perfect breakfast. Never change.
tasty but not puffy enough to compete
I ran out of my usual mass produced puffs (AKA sugar puffs) so in desperation turned to these pricey alternative. They have a decent level of sweetness, but the puffs.. they are half puffs, some even a bit crunchy. I thought maybe its because it is spelt, but no, I've tried Rude and I know it can be done. this brand need to do better.
Prefer Rude health
Not for me
Great option
Im very careful with what I feed my son with, and when he said he wanted to try to have cereals for breakfast and he said he would like something like rice puffs with honey flavour, I started to search for a good option (and an alternative to Kelloggs etc - because of my job Im very aware of the huge impact everything we eat has on our health). This is great as it is organic, wholemeal and only 2 ingredients. My son loves them and I also tried them and I really liked them. Obviously if someone is very used to the highly processed super flavoured typical breakfast cereals it might that a bit to adapt to this, but if your goal is to eat better or to raise your kids with a better approach to food, this is a good option
nice substitute for sugar puffs
Im a big kid when it comes to sugar puffs, but Ocado dont stock them so this is a good substitute. I wouldnt call this a healthy snack but sprinkled on fruit and yoghurt it adds a bit of crunch.
healthy sugar puffs
My daughter loves these and they are much healthier than the usual sugary variety
