Picked late at night to harvest the grapes as cold as possible the grapes were transported to the winery and pressed using modern tank presses. 2021 chardonnay

I received a complimentary bottle from Ocado to review but I'm wondering if it isn't the same as although it is Angove, it has a green top and 2021 chardonnay on the label. I can't find it on the website and this is the closest. Judging by other reviews I don't think the bottle I had can be the same wine, as the one I received was very pleasant and I would say good value at £8 currently on offer

Too sharp

Reviewing as was sent a sample from ocado to review. I like a dry chardonnay, but didn't like this, didn't like the taste at all, couldn't finish the glass, not something I would buy ( the organic merlot was very nice!)

Too acidic for me

I am reviewing this as I received a free sample from Ocado. Wine had neither aroma nor flavour, just an acidic feeling on my tongue. Couldn’t finish my glass - not for me. Two stars for organic credentials.

A nice clean Chardonnay

I was given this to review by Ocado. Im not usually a Chardonnay drinker, but this is very pleasant. Its not as creamy as some other Chardonnays which I much preferred and I didnt have a post-wine head after drinking it either (perhaps because its Organic?). Would definitely but this if in the market for a nice Chardonnay!

not for me

I am reviewing this in exchange for a free sample and I really wanted to like this wine. Instead I found it had an unpleasant bitter initial taste, which actually made my tongue tingle. I don't think there was any depth of flavour just sharpness. I'm afraid I didn't even finish my glass, I gave some to my husband to try he too felt it was too sharp. Good that it is an organic wine, (I added a star for that) but definitely not one that I would ever buy.
