Cooking Instructions - General. The following instructions are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Allow the tray to stand for 1 minute after cooking to regain rigidity.

All microwaves vary, these are guidelines only.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove meal from box and pierce film several times. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes. Peel back film carefully, stir and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 1 minute. After cooking, allow meal to stand for 1 minute in the microwave. Remove film, stir and serve. Do not reheat.
800W, 5 minutes; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat oven. Remove meal from box and pierce film several times. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Remove meal from the oven on the baking tray, peel back film carefully, stir and re-cover. Cook for a further 10 minutes. After cooking, allow meal to stand on the baking tray for 1 minute. Remove film
200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 30 minutes

Freezer staple
This is a freezer essential. Always stocked up. Great for a simple and easy meal. No guilt as full of goodness. life saver for new mums who are juggling the kids meals

Easy and Quick
Such a quick and delicious fix to come back to after work. My sisters son loves this so when I'm baby sitting, I know what to get, other wise he won't eat a thing!

So handy to have in the freezer
These are a great thing to have in the house. Both children love them, the other issue is that they are quite small as a portion, so my two (6 and 8) wolf them down and ask for seconds!

Great little meal
These meals are perfect for my little one when I haven’t got anything prepared. She really enjoys them and the hidden veg is a bonus.

Perfect one to have in the freezer
This one has been a winner on the days when I am working late and need a quick yummy dinner for my little one. She never has any problems eating veg, but it is good that this has them added in!
