delicious
Delicious wrapped in Parma ham or in a Turkey salad ciabiatta roll!
Dissatisfied
Bought this several times and loved it, the last one was covered in mould when I opened it and went straight in the bin, probably wouldnt buy it again. Waitrose sliced gouda is not too dissimilar and half the price.
Lovely cheese
Goes very well in sandwiches.

new favourite cheese?
Simply delicious. Mild, nutty, smooth. I wish Italian cheese was more common in the uk. Strongly recommended to anyone thats had the pleasure of visiting an Italian deli in New York.
Why oh why…..
Is Italian cheese (food) soooooo good. I can pretend I work in a New York deli when putting together a sandwich featuring this cheese. It melts perfectly and tastes so delicious, creamy salty, cheesy. ANY sort of panini or ciabatta sandwich needs this cheese. Also great on Italian chicken or meatball marinara. World class cheese.
