Brand
At Grant Burge, we continually look for ways to do things differently. We challenged ourselves to re-think how wine is traditionally made in an effort to come up with the most vibrant impactful wines possible. The result was Ink by Grant Burge.
South Australia has a climate well-suited for growing grapes, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allowing full fruit flavours and sugar to develop.

Pretty average white \- fine, not great
I was given a bottle of this to review and found it pretty average. Which is to say fine - I wouldn't feel embarrassed pouring a friend a glass of it, but nor would I expect them to shriek OMG what is this, I must buy some myself. Fine, drinkable, nothing to write home about.
ok house wine
I received a free voucher for this wine. Im not drinking at the moment but three lunch guests all had a try and agreed that it was a fair wine. None of them would normally drink Chardonnay, but thought it was ok, like a decent glass of house white. Between them they didnt finish the bottle though, so I dont think they were converted.
Good everyday drinking
Pleasant Chardonnay, slightly oaky, citrus and vanilla. I’m reviewing this product because I got a free coupon from Ocado (thank you). Nice with chicken and with creamy sauces. Would purchase again.
Smooth oaky Chardonnay
This wine has a rich color slightly high in alcohol at 13.5. Smooth and oaky with a nice balance and lovely lingering aftertaste... We found that it isn't the kind of wine that you can drink down like an easy drinking wine. We drank this slowly and enjoyed each sip....We are wine drinkers and some wines can leave us with a bad head the next day due to sulphates & tannins I believe. This wine didn't give us any bad effects. Worth the price, thanks to Ocado for the voucher so that we could try this before buying it.
Pleasantly surprised
I received this bottle free of charge from Ocado in exchange for a fair review and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I don't tend to drink white wine but I really enjoyed this bottle. I found it light, refreshing and easily drinkable both on its own and with pasta. I'd happily pay the £10 price point as I think its worth it. Not too acidic and is going down a treat in this warm spell.
Nice Smooth Chardonnay
I’m reviewing this product because I got a free coupon from Ocado. I really enjoyed this wine. I thought it was smooth and just right in terms of the acidity. I've given it 4 stars because I'd be more inclined to buy it if it was in the £8 price bracket, as although it was nice I didn't think it was worth the price. Would definitely buy on special if it was sub £10.
