bland
pretty tasteless and very liquid. won't be ordering again
Mostly liquid and lacking flavour
Disappointingly bland and less filling than most soups. I had to add yoghurt, lime juice and salt to make it taste of something, and I was still hungry after finishing the whole tub. Seems to be the pattern with this brand, so I'll steer clear of their products from now on.
nice but not my favourite flavour
Unlike some of the other range the texture of this is a bit sludgy. The flavour is nice but a bit stodgy
Not a daal
This is not a daal, more like a thick creamy soup, which makes it difficult to incorporate in a meal. The flavour is just about acceptable, if a bit bland, although it is definitely not what I would expect from a coconut lentil daal. There are other, nicer options out there.
Rapeseed oil!!!! Why!!!!
Nice tasting, but I will definitely not be buying again! Contains Rapeseed oil........ do better!!!!!!
Bland
Maybe I was unlucky as so many reviews say this is tasty. My pot was utterly bland and there was only one small potato chunk to relieve the tedium. Much as I dislike wasting food, half of this went in the bin and I shant be buying it again.
