Banfi Chianti Classico 2017

Bottle was beautifully presented front and back. Deep ruby in colour. Nose of cherry and plum, whiff of sulphites. Taste of bitter cherry and plum, very dry and no length. Unimpressed (Banfi !!). Maybe try an older vintage next which should go with Italian food.
