Can be added to anything and is a very convenient ingredient. Staple in our fridge.
The non smoked garlic paste has 77% garlic puree but this has 48% puree and 4% smoked granules. The smoky taste is near non-existent and the garlic flavour is far less intense than the other version. Honestly I feel cheated.
Im reviewing this product because I got a free coupon from Ocado. This saves sooo much time chopping garlic, and unlike many jars of chopped garlic it isnt full of vinegar (since its a paste, not chopped). Its very smokey, Im not convinced I prefer this but its good. A little goes a long way!
This stuff is excellent! ! am hardly ever without a jar at home. The latest thing, especially with my kids, is a half-teaspoon of this paste mixed with a couple of tablespoons of good mayonnaise - scrummy garlic mayo!
This is such a handy product and can be added to so many dishes. It adds a really smoky garlic flavour, not so harsh as normal garlic. Can recommend
The house is never without a jar. Delicious pure garlic flavour, and really love the smokiness. It's a great addition to many dishes.
