easy to take
My daughter and I both take one each in the morning. The taste is quite nice not overly sweet and quite chewy. A bit like wine gum kinda texture. The nutrients profile is quite good its not as complete as some other multivitamins but I like them being gummies feels like a treat!

taste of metal, hard to digest!
Im going back to the adult gummies I find these mylti vits. taste of metal and are hard to digest.
