Good flavour but has chemical aroma

For the price there should be no artificial chemicals in here. Was shocked to see it has aroma. The flavour is alright, not too strong.

Good Flavour

A good earthy flavour which means a little goes a long way. Used in numerous dishes & for making home made truffle butter spread for the tastiest buttered toast & crumpets.

Really adds to pasta and risotto.

Have added this to both risottos and creamy mushroom pasta and it really adds to the dish. You dont need much just a drizzle on your dish after cooking. For a reasonably priced truffle oil it has a strong flavour and tastes like it would in a restaurant.

not for me

I adore truffles and when I was sent this to review I was delighted. Sadly, I dont like it. I cant quite put my finger on why and have tried drizzling it on fried mushrooms and using it with pasta but no success. I wouldnt buy again and would go for the Sacla truffle pesto instead.
