Just heavenly.
To say this is nice is to do it an injustice. It is divine. It is lovely added to hot or cold custard (you only need 1 or 2 teaspoons of it) or added to your breakfast cereal. I would not want to be without it in my kitchen cupboard and I hope it remains in the Ocado range indefinitely.
Awful
This is not how date molasses is meant to taste. I have used date molasses for decades and this has to be by far the worst I have encountered. Also, at this time and in this climate, where the dates are sourced from is important and another added reason to avoid.
tasty!
I received the product free to review. Would buy again - wish Id tried sooner!
Not sickly sweet
I bought this specifically for the Christmas gammon to use as a change to maple syrup. It gave a lovely dark finish and tasted great. Can be quite pricy unless on flash sale. Recommended als to sweeten porridge instead of sugar.
not very nice
somewhat odd flavour profile. almost has burnt undertones.
Deliciously sweet
I use this in my baking instead if sugar and I just love the deep caramel colour my cakes become. It's light and very tasty
