Great quick lunch

This is really tasty and easy to prepare. I generally split a pack between 2 lunchboxes along with a pack of microwave pilau rice and chicken pakoras. A few minutes in the microwave at work and hey presto - a quick, healthy and tasty lunch for 2

Really delicious

We have had this meal several times in various forms. My son loves it simply with microwave rice, a quick and simple meal that he finds satisfying and delicious. I have also used it as an ingredient when making a larger family meal. Really tasty and important part of my meal planning.

So quick

Lovely warming curry flavour not too spicy. The mix of chick peas, sweet potato & sweetcorn works well. Nothing artificial either. The chick peas make it a substantial meal for one. It is slightly small portions if shared between 2 people so you need a little something extra as well as rice or naan bread. I served it with an onion bhaji too. It is a great packet to keep in the cupboard for quick easy meal as only takes 90 seconds in the microwave but you can heat it on the hob too and doesn't take long. Have tried other Bens plant based and this is my new favourite.

90 Seconds and it is ready. So easy. Great as a main dish, when you don't have time to cook
