Preparation and Usage

Create Your Meal (with our suggested ingredients, or choose your own!)
This rice helps you create a delicious and wholesome meal that can be enjoyed any day of the week.
1. Dice and brown your choice of protein in a pan with a little oil. Chicken goes well, but feel free to get creative.
2. Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic, along with your favourite sliced or diced veggies, and stir until cooked.
3. Squeeze the pouch to separate the rice open and stir in. Add 10 ml of water and stir until the water has almost evaporated
4. Check the protein is cooked through, then (optional) add a garnish of chopped red chilli and extra spring onions- and you're ready to serve!

Very convenient

So easy to grab from the cupboard and make a tasty meal. I found it was not too spicy for me just a nice little kick. If you follow the instructions using chicken and fresh veg it makes a decent sized meal for two people. You could get away with just adding protein for a substantial meal for one as it does contain small bits of pepper, sweetcorn and mushroom. I am finding the Bens One Pan Creations very convenient, just about worth their cost and will buy again because they do not contain any artificial additives.

Rich flavour

Spicy rice with chilli and ginger flavour. Very tasty rice.

Not that spicy, easy to cook

I cooked this product with some chicken in a pan and it wasn't as spicy as feared. I've tried a few from this range and found the â2 chillis' rated one more spicy than this one! Product is very quick and easy to cook so good for nights when you don't have a lot of time but need a filling meal. Portion size was for one I found

Not to my taste

Was useful to find a ready meal option that didn't require a microwave as we don't have one. But the texture was really clumpy for me and it was quite dry. Wouldn't buy again. Taste was good.

Ideal quick meal if you are in a hurry or did not have time to prepare lunch. Rich taste, quick preparation. Can definetely recommend it.
