Best after exercise

So good to use after a workout. These definitely help with reducing DOMS after a hard workout and I'm sure they help me sleep better too. Awesome product, would recommend.

Incredible relief

After one bath I felt immediate relief from tired aching muscles from walking and travelling. The flakes smell incredible even before you open the packet! No issues with bath residue at all, just a lovely treat with actual results!!

Leaves a grime residue

Smells nice but leaves a brown, sticky, hard-to-remove residue in the bath tub. Ocado also charging double the price of other retailers for this 1kg packet. Would not buy again.

purchase with caution!!

I was so excited to use these bath salts as I suffer very badly with leg cramp occasionally. sadly not only was I bitterly disappointed but really quite annoyed ! The flakes in the packet are pure white, once they hit the water it turns into little blobs of treacly brown glue that sticks to your skin and side of the bath and takes a lot of elbow grease and harsh chemicals to scrub away and remove. What can this be? I only hope it hasnt damaged the pipes! Buy the other brand of salts, they are far superior and after a 20 minute soak they actually take away all existence of a night of bad leg cramps.
