Amazing nights sleep

So good to use before bed. The scent is lovely and relaxing and the magnesium definitely helps me sleep better.

Best nights sleep

I can't remember when I slept better. These have helped my sleep and I doze off easily and stay asleep now.

I sleep through the night now yay

I had struggled to sleep past 3pm for many months and was getting desperate for sleep and then I had this product recomended. I started just soaking my feet in the flakes as i had read reviews on residue in the bath, but when i started sleeping through I then now soak in the bath three times a week. There was a residue a couple of times but it cleans off and the benefits outweigh any extra cleaning i have to do. I am sleeping through and therefore have so much more energy and i would urge anyone struggling to give it a try.

Amazingly relaxing and helped me sleep

Wonderful lavender scent that felt like a lovely treat, but to my surprise it actually helped my body relax, I felt like I could unwind and had such a deep nights sleep after my first bath! 100% worth it!

It stains your tub

I tried these salts in two different tubs (one an older tub, the other a brand new one) and it stained both of them. It leaves behind a weird yellowish pink stain at the waterline and nothing gets it off, even soaking it with limescale remover. It also leaves weird deposits floating on the bathwater surface, which are that yellowish pink colour. Not a relaxing experience at all! Stick with the other brand Westlab and stock up when theyre on offer instead.

Has a positive effect on RLS for me when used in a warm bath before bed
